Spinal & Extremity Manipulation

Spinal or extremity joint manipulation entails a gentle, controlled, and specific force into a restriction or hypomobile joint to restore mobility thereby alleviating pain, tightness and allowing for musculoskeletal tissue healing. 

Webster technique for pregnancy & postpartum

Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment of the sacrum to reduce the effects of sacral misalignment/subluxation. Sacral misalignment may contribute to pain and discomfort throughout the pregnancy and difficulty in labor, known as dystocia. Chiropractic adjustments focus on: optimal neurological function of the uterus, optimal passage for the fetus through the uterine canal during birth, and relieves ligament tension on the uterus allowing for optimal fetal presentation. 

Cox Flexion-Distraction technique

Flexion-Distraction is a therapy performed on a segmented table that manipulates your spine and works to stretch and decompress the spine, which may relieve back or leg pain. This therapy focuses on decreased intradiscal (disc) pressure, increased intradiscal (disc) height, and improved range of motion & mobility.

Manual Therapy

Along with spinal & extremity manipulation, we utilize a variety of manual techniques including Graston instrument assisted massage, myofascial release, cupping, percussion therapy, and kinesiotaping.

TMJ Manipulation

TMJ (temporomandibular joint) Dysfunction may include pain in the jaw, pain with chewing/talking, headaches, and painful popping/clicking of jaw. We utilize techniques to address the symptoms of TMJ dysfunction including TMJ manipulation and manual therapy.
